How to Register?

Before you start shopping, you need to register yourself with us and give us information that will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions. Registration is very easy and absolutely free of cost at techzone channels.

As a registered user you have access to all premium services and account related services of techzone. How to Place an Order?

Placing an order with techzone is very simple and swifter. Just browse the product and services you wise to buy compare it, understand the warranty policy, check the availability, check the techzone prices and put it on your online virtual shopping cart. If you wise to buy just one product just click on buy now button and if you would like to buy more product browse through the products and add all items in your ad to cart and after the process click on the view cart button on top of the site and review your order update the quantity, remove item that you not willing to buy and continue. On step 2 you have to put your user name and password and check the shipping address. If you would like to buy the product to gift it to someone, just click on the button, deliver as gift and put the message and select your gift packing and go to next step. In next step you have to select you payment options and its completed.

What is My Account?
Techzone my account is your one stop personal information centre where you can manage your all transaction and personal information and preferences at techzone. You’re my account consist change password, edit billing information, edit and add shipping address, newsletter management, wise list, payment history, delivery status, print invoice, print quotation, create quotation, view shopping cart and may more. You can also get customized quote for product services, review rewards points, manage product alert etc.

You can modify the personal Details (e-mail address, phone numbers, password), shipping information, billing details;. Just log into your account and click My Account. The password must have at least 8 characters and a maximum of 20.It is also case-sensitive. Forgot Password-If you have forgotten your password, then click on Shopping Cart or Shopping List or My Account and you will reach the Login page where there is a link to | Forgot Your Password | You must remember your registered email id to retrieve your password and on entering that, you will be get a reset password link in your registered email id. By clicking the link you can renew your password and update the same next time. This link is active up to 24 hours only. So make sure to click before expiry of the link.




How to protect your privacy online?

Never give your password to anyone online. Make your password at least eight characters in length and a maximum of 20. Create a password that includes a combination of numbers and letters. If you have fallen for an online scam and gave out your password, change your password right away. You can do this by entering the 'My Account' section and Modifying User Information. Once you have finished surfing through techzone, do not leave the website open. The only way to log off from the site is to close the window.


How to View your Shopping Cart?

Once you have registered with us and logged into your account, you can click on Shopping Cart from any page and you can check on all the items you had put in there. You can also remove an item by deleting it totally or adding it to your Shopping List for later purchases. Incase you are happy with what you currently have in the Shopping Cart then click on the 'Check Out' button or browse through the site some more by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button. You can select the person to whom you wish to send the items. All you need to do is to select the name of the person (alias) whom you want to send that particular product and click on the update button. Incase you wish to add a new address, please click on 'add new address' and fill in the details in the subsequent page.
You can also change the quantity of the product, which you have selected to buy. All you need to do is to fill the desired quantity in the appropriate box and click update to register your change.


How to View your Shopping List (my wise list)?

Occasionally we are sure you would like to indulge in some extra shopping but your purse strings don't allow you to. In this case, just put it in your my wise list and next time when you have received your pocket money or your salary or some money from your aunt just go to the Shopping List and indulge. Also, you might want to send a gift directly to a friend whose birthday is probably a month later. So, if you come across the perfect product for him/her just add it to your Shopping List and log on a week or two before and add it to your Shopping Cart directly.

Manage your Shipping Address.

You can change your default shipping address depending on where you want your order delivered. Just go to my account and click on shipping address, on clicking the link you can view your existing list of shipping address and add more shipping address and set one address as your default address. You can also associates these shipping addresses with deliver as gift with pre gift message for future delivery of gift. Techzone Refund Process.

The refund will be processed for the cancelled Sub Order through the same mode of payment Eg: If the payment is made through Credit Card and the status is marked as cancelled, the amount would be refunded to the credit card's account.

Refund Process:
For Credit card/Debit card mode of payment, refund processing time is 6-8 working days
For COD/cheque/DD mode of payment, refund-processing time is 15-20 working days.
Cheque will be made as per Billing Name provided.
For orders placed through gift certificates, refund would be provided in form of a new gift certificate with the same value.
